据该国通讯社报道，张侨伟表示，最近对智能网络技术公司的袭击证明犯罪集团继续在该国活动。
Smart Web Technology Corporation 是菲律宾娱乐和游戏公司 (PAGCOR) 旗下的互联网游戏被许可方 (IGL)。
张侨伟声称，“很明显，有组织的犯罪集团已经在我国运作，人口贩运受害者甚至酷刑室就证明了这一点。这些犯罪集团已经腐蚀了我们的执法人员，使他们即使在警察局旁边也能自由行动”。
参议员周一提交了调查决议，希望参议院相关委员会能够在本周内处理该问题。
10 月底对帕赛市网络博彩公司的突袭行动营救了 700 多名受害者，其中大部分是华人。
在突击搜查中，当局在这座六层楼的建筑群中发现了一个有九个房间的KTV休息室、一家药房、餐厅和其他设施，并发现了“大量涉及性交易的证据”。
对该行动的调查已导致27 名警察被解除职务，其中包括帕赛市警察局长。
