控訴USDT未獲1：1支持遭法院駁回，Tether聲明：控方主張毫無根據
穩定幣發行商 Tether、加密交易所 Bitfinex 終於成功抵禦了一場集體訴訟的攻擊，控方提出修改訴訟書的動議遭駁回，並決定不再上訴。

控訴 USDT 1：1 支持是假的
原告 Shawn Dolifka、Matthew Anderson 指控，稱 Tether 對於 USDT 獲得 1：1 儲備金支持的聲明是假的。
然而美國紐約南區法院在 8 月時駁回此案，地方法官 Laura Taylor Swain 駁回原告所提出修改訴訟書的動議。
之後原告選擇不對法官的決議提出上訴。
Tether 聲明：控方主張毫無根據
Tether在聲明中表示：
從各方面來看，這都是最終判決，控方放棄上訴是正確的，他的主張完全毫無根據，無論進行多少次上訴，都不會讓控方或他們的律師獲得任何金錢或其他利益，正如我們多次強調的，Tether 和 Bitfinex 永遠不會成為透過無恥訴訟來掠奪資金的受害者。
