據彭博、華爾街日報報導，CFTC (美國商品期貨委員會) 與幣安及其創辦人趙長鵬的官司，將在 43 億美元和解金，以及趙長鵬的辭任下告終。趙長鵬將保有多數幣安股權，但不得再擔任高管。趙長鵬的認罪協商，也因此延續幣安的安寧。
