司法部訴求趙長鵬不得返回阿聯酋，11/27 前確定 CZ 可否出境美國
美國時間 11/22 司法部向法院提出要求，幣安創辦人趙長鵬 (CZ) 在判決結果出來前，不得離境美國返回阿聯酋 (UAE)。會有這樣的討論，是基於法院曾表示認為趙長鵬沒有潛逃疑慮，可以返回阿聯酋候審。

司法部提出動議：還是怕 CZ 逃避牢獄之災
儘管認罪協商時，趙長鵬 (CZ) 已在信託帳戶中存入 1500 萬美元，並簽署高達 1.75 億美元的 PR 保釋金。
不過，美國司法部仍基於數項理由認為趙長鵬 (CZ) 可能不會返美接手刑責。他們認為趙長鵬非常富有，且資產不在美國控制範圍內。加上與阿聯酋沒有引渡條款，若是被判入獄服刑，可能不會返回美國。面對可能的 18 個月刑期，趙長鵬可能會選擇與家人相伴。
前 SEC 執法人員 John Reed Stark 據法院文件表示，儘管通常不會推翻判決，但還是期待趙長鵬 (CZ) 律師提出有利的解釋，可能法官還是會增加一些額外的保釋條件。
據了解，趙長鵬 (CZ) 將在美國待到 11 月 27 日，屆時將會有答案。
