12月15日，移民工人部官员抵达Match Trend Training and Assessment Center Corporation时，该机构员工及学员正在举行圣诞派对。
此前，两名学员抱怨说，自从在中国台湾被招募为看护员以来，他们已经几个月没有收到工资。
移民工人部(DMW)代理负责人汉斯·卡克达克(Hans Leo Cacdac)表示：“他们没有任何执照、没有经过认可的雇主、没有注册的工作订单，也没有让工人通过移民工人部。他们只是一家注册培训机构，但不是招聘机构。”
根据培训设施内张贴的信息来看，有一些学员已经成功出国。当局表示：“只要是无照招聘，那就是非法招聘。此外，他们还非法收取学员高达8万披索的费用。”
当局立即关闭了培训设施，公司员工和官员将被指控非法招聘。同时，当局鼓励学员在获得工作机会后进行投诉。 不过，多名学员拒绝发表任何声明。
