微軟Xbox Cloud Gaming、PowerPoint、Excel與Word正式登上Meta Quest Store

供Meta Quest用戶免費使用的Word、Excel與PowerPoint源自於Office網頁程式，根據《Android Central》的測試，Quest裝置執行Office時可一次開啟多個檔案，支援手勢追蹤，以及透過藍牙連結的滑鼠及鍵盤
而Meta Quest裝置上所執行的Word、Excel與PowerPoint則源自於Office網頁程式，因此可免費使用，若要執行更複雜的功能則必須訂閱Microsoft 365。
根據《Android Central》的測試，在Meta Quest裝置執行上述Office程式可一次開啟多個檔案，它可追蹤使用者的手勢，也支援以藍牙連結的滑鼠及鍵盤。
隨著蘋果首款混合實境（MR）頭戴式裝置Apple Vision Pro即將於明年上半年問世，VR/AR/MR裝置市場可望在明年出現新的景象，根據市場研究機構Counterpoint今年第二季的調查，目前該市場由Meta以50%的市占率領先，Sony以28%居次。
對於即將面臨來自蘋果的競爭，Meta創辦人暨執行長祖克柏（Mark Zuckerberg）曾向員工信心喊話，指出Vision Pro對於Meta Quest團隊所面臨的挑戰並沒有任何神奇的解決方案，只是配備了更高解析度的顯示器，再利用所有的技術來推動它，使得它售價高昂，也需要更多的電力，還需要電池及纜線才能使用，但Meta卻想確保每個人都能負擔得起該公司所推出的產品。
Apple Vision Pro的售價為3,499美元，Meta最高階的Meta Quest Pro為1,499美元，而配備128GB儲存空間的Meta Quest則是499美元。
