消息：有望通過多間公司比特幣 ETF、SEC 正給予最終意見
比特幣現貨 SEC 會不會過？隨著 SEC 給予回應的時限越來越近，有更多消息表示正面。
持續評論與追蹤消息的彭博 ETF 分析師 Eric Balchunas 表示 1/5 凌晨表示：「美國證券交易委員會 (SEC) 正在發表最終意見，發行人將在不久之後提交最終的 19b-4 和 S-1。這和我們所想的一樣意味著大功告成，但據我所知，還沒有得到官方批准。」
新聞消息帳號 @DeItaone 甚至表示，根據資深記者的消息，多家公司申請的比特幣現貨 ETF 明天將獲得 SEC 的批准。(此消息未經證實)

另一位彭博分析師 James Seyffart 則表示，儘管他同樣看好，但並不認為明天 (美國時間 1/5) 就會馬上通過，而會是在 1/8-10 發生。
