菲律宾总统小马科斯呼吁政府住房项目的受益人充分利用他们的新家，以确保更美好的未来。
总统当天出席国家住房管理局(NHA)位于甲美地省(Cavite)巴科尔市(Bacoor)Ciudad Kaunlaran二期工程的奠基仪式和授牌仪式。
总统表示：“我敦促所有受益人利用这些住房福利来改善生活，并确保你们拥有更美好的未来。”
Ciudad Kaunlaran二期工程的破土动工标志着两座五层低层建筑的建设开始，预计将总共建造120套住房。此外，同一地点将建造一座额外的五层建筑，包括60个单元。
第一阶段已向360个家庭授予单位，并将占用六栋建筑。竣工后，一期将由九栋五层楼宇组成，共540套住房。这一重新安置项目是为了履行最高法院清理马尼拉湾区影响的非正式定居者家庭的义务的一部分。
