International Game Technologies (IGT) has announced the renewal of its contract to provide the National Lottery’s main lottery system, which is a calculated move. This choice is in line with the continuing reform initiative launched by Allwyn, the organization that will over management of the National Lottery on February 1st, replacing Camelot, the lottery’s original operator from 1994 till now.

Allwyn’s National Lottery Takeover

Following Allwyn being awarded the fourth National Lottery license in September 2022, the transition marks a significant change in the landscape of the National Lottery.
