TikTok电商“重返印尼”交易完成，正式控股当地科技巨头Tokopedia

印尼科技巨头GoTo北京时间今日宣布，TikTok已正式完成去年12月宣布的交易，斥资8.4亿美元收购GoTo电商子公司Tokopedia的75.01%股份。
IT之家 1月31日消息，印尼科技巨头GoTo北京时间今日宣布，TikTok已正式完成去年12月宣布的交易，斥资8.4亿美元收购GoTo电商子公司Tokopedia的75.01%股份。
通过这笔交易，TikTok Shop印尼业务与Tokopedia即日起将正式合并，合并后的PT Tokopedia实体将由TikTok控股，TikTok承诺对PT Tokopedia长期投资超15亿美元。
GoTo首席执行官帕特里克?瓦卢霍（Patrick Walujo）表示：“今天标志着与TikTok合作关系的完成，这将为印尼和当地中小微企业带来益处。”
据IT之家此前报道，双方曾在去年12月宣布达成战略合作，此前因为当地政策而一度告别印尼市场的TikTok电商业务，也在12月12日的“印尼网购日”重新上线。
印尼贸易副部长杰里?桑布阿加曾表示，只要遵守印尼适用的法规和程序，TikTok就可以自由地与任何电子商务平台合作。
2023年9月下旬，印尼贸易部部长祖尔基弗利?哈桑（Zulkifli Hasan）表示：“必须将社交媒体和电子商务分离，这样算法就不会完全受到控制，可以防止个人数据被商业利用。”
