FanDuel, the sports betting and fantasy sports brand under Flutter, has finalized the acquisition of BeyondPlay, a iGaming software startup. The financial terms of the deal remain under wraps, yet both parties have openly shared their enthusiasm about this development.

Launched in 2021, BeyondPlay has quickly made its mark by offering innovative jackpot management and multiplayer software solutions. The company’s jackpot management system enables its clients, including notable names like LeoVegas, Casumo, and ComeOn, to craft tailored jackpot campaigns. Additionally, its multiplayer software allows users to participate in shared casino sessions, enhancing the social aspect of online gaming.

With licenses in key markets such as the United Kingdom, Ontario, and Malta, BeyondPlay’s software solutions have been widely adopted by leading iGaming companies. The integration of BeyondPlay’s offerings into FanDuel Casino is expected to further bolster FanDuel’s position as a top iGaming brand in the United States. FanDuel Casino has already achieved a significant market share, holding 26% in Q4 2023 and continuing to draw in players.
