在FinOps組織架構上，沃爾瑪設立了一個「FinOps支援團隊」，支援技術平臺團隊和業務部門更善用雲端技術和推動FinOps。這個支援團隊，由財務和工程人員組成，負責建立FinOps實踐需要的相關標準。在支援團隊之上，由各事業群資深副總裁組成指導委員會，負責設定FinOps整體目標、公司政策和共同戰略。（／Walmart）
