The Borgata Spring Poker Open is back for another go-round, taking place April 29 through May 14 with three anchor events and over $4 million in guarantees.

Players can register for the event – taking place at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, along with its partner, BetMGM – online starting April 1 through BetMGM Poker.

“After the incredible turnout at Borgata’s Winter Poker Open, we’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our tournament offerings to cater even more to our dedicated player base,” Kellie DeCelis, Director of Poker Operations at Borgata, said in a press release announcing the event. “We appreciate the continued support from our poker community and eagerly anticipate the turnout for this spring’s events.” 

In the lead-up to the Borgata Spring Poker Open, BetMGM Poker is offering weekly Borgata Spring Poker Open Packages through April and May. These packages include entries to various SPO events, a stay at the Borgata hotel, and credit.

Additionally, BetMGM Poker will host nightly seat-only qualifiers and online registration for most SPO events, allowing players to win their way to Borgata for as little as $2.

On-site at Borgata, players will have seven different opportunities to qualify for the Championship event during the 16-day series, which boasts $1 million in guaranteed prizes spread across the remaining main events.

Kick off and finale

The Borgata Spring Poker Open kicks off with the Almighty Million Kick-Off Event, featuring a $500 buy-in and a $1 million guarantee, with the final table being live-streamed. The second week highlights a Mirror Mystery Bounty event with a $900 buy-in and a $500,000 guarantee, where the Mystery Bounties will mirror the prize pool, and the final table will also be live-streamed.

BetMGM Poker offers the King of Poker Progressive Bounty Shoot Out – a knockout event with added prizes from the King of Poker – and a $150,000 Online Hybrid Championship, where players start online and finish live at Borgata.

The Borgata Spring Poker Open Championship, featuring a $2,700 buy-in and a $2 million guarantee, is the highly anticipated main event, with its final table being live-streamed. The main event schedule also includes a Ladies’ Championship and a Senior’s Championship.

The Saturday Series returns for the first weekend of the Open with a $100,000 guarantee, and Borgata is bringing back their Deep, Deeper, Deepest series for three special main events with $120,000 in guarantees.

Additionally, Borgata will live stream another 2-5 No Limit Event, giving players the chance to win their way onto the Live Stream via Lucky Seat by playing $2-$5 NLH at Borgata on Wednesday, May 1 and Thursday, May 2 between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m.
