網路犯罪份子企圖利誘電信業者T-Mobile、Verizon員工成幫兇，要求參與SIM卡挾持攻擊

從事SIM卡挾持攻擊的網路罪犯竟將歪腦筋動到電信業者員工身上！T-Mobile、Verizon、Charter Communications等公司的離職及現任員工近期收到簡訊，對方開出100至300美元不等的酬謝金，要員工幫助犯案
但值得留意的是，不光是曾經任職T-Mobile的員工收到簡訊，另一家電信業者Verizon的員工也收到類似的簡訊。
這樣的情況引起關注，資安新聞網站Bleeping Computer指出，他們得知在電信業者Charter Communications的員工在4月15日也收到類似簡訊，對方提供100美元要員工重設電子郵件信箱。
究竟歹徒如何得知上述電信業者的員工電話號碼？目前仍不明朗。對此，T-Mobile表示，他們將對此事著手調查，並指出其他同行也出現類似情形，但強調他們的系統並未出現漏洞。
