Livespins partners with Nolimit City following Evolution acquisition

Livespins has added the Nolimit City games portfolio to its social livestreaming platform following acquisitions by Evolution. Games to appear on the platform include Mental, Fire in the Hole and Tombstone RIP among others.

Nolimit City’s acquisition by Evolution cost €340m ($364.5m) and occurred in June 2022, and has resulted in the supplier partnering with new operators and expanding its global presence. In 2024 so far, this has included expanding into South Africa and partnering NetBet Casino in Denmark.

Livespins, meanwhile, occurred in February, with Evolution agreeing to acquire the platform's entire share capital for €5m. Livespins CEO Chris Scicluna called the acquisition “an unprecedented milestone for Livespins.”

Livespins allows users to not only watch but place bets on their favourite streamers, ambassadors and celebrities as they play various games live. The platform has been designed to create communal experiences within the iGaming livestreaming market, with interaction between players and streamers made possible via chat functionality.

On the partnership, Livespins CCO Michael Pedersen said: “Nolimit City is a mega addition to our game portfolio and will be a big hit with our streamers and players... This deal unites together two Evolution-owned companies, bringing huge added value to Livespins, Nolimit City, our operator partners and most importantly, players.”

Nolimit City Commercial Director Malcolm Mizzi added: “This partnership with Livespins brings our games to a new audience and, thanks to its smart bet behind system, allows them to watch and wager at the same time. This is a great deal for both companies and one with tremendous potential to explore.”
