【快訊】童子賢退出 PChome 董事會！網家公布董事候選人、Q1 財報

網家也公布了 2024 年第一季財報表現，營收為新台幣 96.5 億元、淨損 2996 萬元。
網路家庭於今（29）日提出共九位董事候選人名單，先前外界傳獨立董事童子賢要求不續任，現已證實退出董事會。新獨董候選人為簡民一，是 KKBOX 初始團隊之一。
九位董事候選人中的一般董事包括：詹宏志、周磊、張瑜珊；賽特資訊服務股份有限公司法人代表曾薰儀、周厚宇；中華開發創投股份有限公司法人代表郭大經。獨立董事候選人則有賀陳旦 、杜奕瑾、簡民一。
網家也公布了 2024 年第一季財報表現，營收為新台幣 96.5 億元、淨損 2996 萬 元。營業毛利 12.4 億元、營業淨損 1182 萬元、稅前虧損 328 萬 元，歸屬母公司淨損 7569 萬元，每股虧損 0.54 元。
網家表示，希望透過簡民一在網路科技產業與新創領域的經驗和知識，為營運注入多元視野與全新動能，因此新提名為獨董候選人。
網家於 2021 年提名童子賢、賀陳旦、黃麗燕出任獨立董事，其中黃麗燕於 2023 年請辭，改由台灣人工智慧實驗室創辦人杜奕瑾接下獨董。
