一名涉嫌經營地下市集Incognito Market的臺灣公民在美國被捕，將面臨毒品陰謀罪、洗錢罪、假藥罪等刑責

美國司法部並未公布Incognito Market市集上的供應商或買家數量，不過在林睿庠被逮捕之前，位於暗網的Incognito Market即已浮上檯面。
主要是Incognito Market用戶在今年3月初發現，無法自該平臺的銀行領出加密貨幣，懷疑遭到「結束詐騙」（Exit Scam），亦即駭客在收山之前捲走所有款項。而根據《CoinDesk》的報導，林睿庠不僅捲走款項，還勒索供應商，要求它們支付100至2萬美元不等的費用，否則就要外洩其客戶資料。
