CryptoKitties 和 NBA Top Shot 背后公司 Dapper Labs 现在允许受欧盟对俄罗斯制裁影响的 NFT 收藏者将 NBA Top Shot、NFL ALL DAY 和 UFC Strike NFT 从 Dapper Wallet 中撤回到 Blocto 钱包中。
10 月上旬，CryptoKitties 和 NBA Top Shot 背后公司 Dapper Labs 表示，因欧盟对俄罗斯实施的新制裁，从其支付合作伙伴 Circle 得到通知称，禁止向与俄罗斯有联系的帐户提供加密资产钱包、帐户或托管服务，包括禁止购买、销售或赠送所有 Dapper Sports 的任何 Moment，从 Dapper帐户提款，用 Dapper 余额购买等的临时措施。
10 月 6 日，欧盟已确认将全面禁止向俄罗斯人提供加密服务，包括计划通过禁止所有加密资产钱包、帐户或托管服务，加强现有的加密资产禁令，俄罗斯人将无法在欧盟加密钱包中持有任何资产。
