菲律宾警方近日在巴兰玉计市救出一名被中国公民殴打的越南女子，该女子身上和脸上都有瘀伤、割伤和伤口。
据悉，在帕拉纳克市的一个公寓单元内，一名中国公民在一段视频中使用手机充电器线反复殴打这名 26 岁的女子。
受害人脸部、身体和大腿均被击中，被殴打时试图用枕头保护自己。在另一段视频中，嫌疑人殴打着躺在沙发上的越南人，旁边一名女子正在观看。受害人随后试图起身，但嫌疑人抓住并推了她。
南区警局特战队人员随即介入，将受害人救出，他们逮捕了在公寓内的两名中国公民。
据警方称，受害人曾在迪拜工作。当她表示希望回到那里时，她受到了虐待。
“我们带她去体检的时候，她的情况很可怜，几乎全身都是淤青。”
“根据受害者的陈述，她的雇主也试图在性方面利用她。”
犯罪嫌疑人已被指控犯有严重非法拘禁、严重身体伤害和淫荡行为。
