Google Workspace的文件、試算表、簡報與雲端硬碟應用介面的側邊欄，開始提供Gemini AI助理功能給用戶
在付費版Gmail中，Gemini同樣也出現在側邊欄。即日起，用戶可請Gemini AI助理摘錄一整個訊息串的郵件內容、建議回應內容、草擬郵件、詢問Gemini關於Gmail郵件或Google Drive中檔案內容的問題，或請它找出特定資訊。用戶和Gemini互動時，可以依據它提供的提示，但也可以自由提問，例如請Gemini搜尋Gmail信件，詢問代理商的採購單號、上次行銷活動的花費總和、或下次團隊會議訂在幾點等。
要讓用戶啟用Gemini，管理員必須開放用戶權限，允許他們啟用智慧功能及個人化設定。Web介面上，用戶可以從App右上角的「Ask Gemini」來啟動側邊欄中的Gemini。
Gmail的Gemini，除了部署給Web版，Google也部署了Gemini的信件摘要（Summarize）功能給iOS或Android版Gmail App，用戶可以點入信件上方的「summarize this email」啟用。Google並預告，很快會再加入可配合上下文的情境化智慧回覆與Gmail Q&A二項新功能。
