Station Casinos files to expand Durango Resort in southwest Las Vegas valley

Just a few months after the grand opening, Station Casinos is already applying to expand Durango in the southwest valley.

An agenda item filed for Wednesday’s Clark County Zoning Commission meeting states the company wants to build a new parking garage and casino area.

The new garage would be located in the southeast section of the parking lot, north of Maule Avenue. It would contain nearly 2,500 parking spaces with a basement level, ground level, five floors and rooftop parking. The ground level would provide valet pick-up and drop-off.

A new casino area would be located to the northwest of the proposed parking garage, according to the agenda item.
