Google即將開放暗網監控功能予所有用戶

原本只提供給Google One訂閱用戶的暗網監控功能，Google決定全面開放給所有Google帳戶使用者，協助用戶確認其個資是否流入暗網
Google近日宣布，原本隸屬於Google One付費服務的Dark web report功能將在今年7月底開放所有用戶使用，它將被整合到允許使用者移除搜尋結果個資的Results about you中。
Dark web report主要是用來協助使用者監控於暗網中流傳的個資，諸如姓名、地址、電話號碼與電子郵件帳戶，只要啟用了該功能，每當Google於暗網中發現使用者個資時，便會通知用戶。該功能原本只提供給付費的Google One訂閱用戶，但Google現在決定讓所有具備Google帳戶的使用者都能存取，現階段Dark web report支援包括臺灣在內的46個國家。
Dark web report將整合至Results about you服務中。有別於Dark web report鎖定暗網，而且只有通知功能，Results about you則是針對出現在Google搜尋結果中的個資，並允許使用者申請將之移除，可申請移除的資料包括電話號碼、地址及電子郵件帳戶。
不過，雖然Dark web report支援臺灣市場，但Results about you並不支援臺灣市場，目前看起來Google僅於少數國家提供該服務，像是美國、澳洲與南非等，不確定屆時是否也只有這些國家的用戶可存取Dark web report。
