11月12日，菲律宾总统小费迪南德·马科斯在东盟峰会期间与中国国务院总理李克强进行简单交谈，两人同意进一步深化中菲之间的伙伴关系。
当地时间11月12日，菲律宾总统小费迪南德·马科斯在东盟峰会期间与中国国务院总理李克强进行简单交谈，两人同意进一步深化中菲之间的伙伴关系。
菲新闻秘书办公室在一份声明中说，应中国国家主席习近平的邀请，小马科斯将于2023年1月3日至5日/6日对华进行访问。
在东盟加三峰会期间，李克强通过翻译说，他认为中菲关系应该继续发展，强调两国的共同点“远大于”分歧，小马科斯也对此表示赞同。
他期待着与菲律宾和东盟其他国家在相互尊重《南海各方行为宣言》以及包括1982年《联合国海洋法公约》在内的国际法的基础上为南海的和平与稳定而努力。
李克强说，“让我们一起为成功的会议而努力。”
