11月25日消息，一名32岁的中国公民在布拉干省的一家五金店门前遭遇“摩托双煞”枪杀。
据悉，受害者是林某某，中国人，已婚，是该省的居民。
被捕嫌疑人为Sarbjit Singh Braar，28 岁，印度商人，另一名嫌犯未抓到。
据菲律宾警方的报告，事件于11月21日上午11点20分，受害人在五金店门口下车时，尾随着他的嫌疑人骑着摩托车突然出现。抢手毫不犹豫的趴下对着受害者开枪，受害者身体的不同部位中枪，事后嫌犯们逃跑。
受害者的朋友和他的工作人员将其送往天际线医院进行急救，不幸的是，抢救无效，已身亡。
菲律宾警方追踪到了一名目击者，据悉，该骑手经常在该地区出现。警方立即展开紧追行动，直至将其抓获。
