Betsson acquires Sporting Solutions from FDJ

Betsson has acquired pricing specialist Sporting Solutions from FDJ Group for an undisclosed sum. The Swedish operator said the deal would work to boost both its B2B and B2C sportsbook offerings, and comes following a 10-year partnership with the supplier.

Founded in 2007, Sporting Solutions offers trading, pricing, and sports betting risk management services to major operators including several Flutter Entertainment brands, 888-owned William Hill and the Tab.

Betsson Operations CEO Jesper Svensson (pictured) said: “We are excited to welcome the Sporting Solutions team to Betsson Group.

“This acquisition is a strategic fit, providing us with quality technology that is already integrated into our sportsbook product.”
