8月10日，伊莎貝拉省聖地牙哥市發生一起令人震驚的案件。一名2歲女孩在Barangay Buenavista區域被殘忍殺害。
案件發生時，受害人的姑媽在尋找失蹤的侄女時，在家附近的一塊空地上發現了女孩的拖鞋及其受害的半裸屍體。
聖地牙哥市市長Sheena Tan-Dy已指示展開全面調查，並表示警方正在通過分析周邊監控錄影來追蹤案件線索。
為儘快抓獲兇手，菲議員Arlene Jane Alvarez-Reyes已懸賞10萬比索。同時，Tan-Dy也提醒家長要加強對孩子的看護，以保障他們的安全。
