Popular gambling streamer xQc hit back at a friend in the content space who questioned if the Canada native is addicted to gambling during a stream on Kick. JesseSMFI was talking about the matter when he asked his friend if he considered himself to have a problem.

xQc was quick to respond that he hated when people say “addicted” as they often misuse it. He said that he is addicted to other things in his life that are worse than gambling.

JesseSMFI then tried to reword his question, asking instead if xQc sees the activity as more being fun or if he needs to claw back any losses. xQc remarked that he enjoys “the chase” and when big numbers are on the line.

The popular streamer has said in the past that he struggles with getting immersed in things and that he has “one of the biggest and most intense addictive personalities.” He revealed last year that he wagered more than $2.7bn since signing a partnership with the Stake gambling site.
