菲律宾国调局近日突击巴石市(Pasig)一家高档KTV酒吧，救出23名女性，其中包括两名未成年人，并逮捕一名中国公民。
菲律宾国调局近日突击巴石市(Pasig)一家高档KTV酒吧，救出23名女性，其中包括两名未成年人，并逮捕一名中国公民。
根据菲媒GMA报道，该场所的一楼看似普通的KTV酒吧包间，但二楼却别有洞天，因为包间里面不仅有KTV设备，还有床、沙发床等等。
国调局发言人Giselle Garcia-Dumlao 表示：“当客户选择‘额外服务’时，他们就会被带到二楼，而受害者就在那里遭到性剥削。”
国调局首都区总监Rommel Vallejo表示：“受害者最初应聘的时候只是作为艺人或客户关系员，入职后会被中国经理要求他们同意与他们的客户发生性行为，而客户大多数也是中国公民。如果他们不同意，他们将被解雇。”
该机构的一名中国经理以及菲律宾籍收银员已被逮捕并拘留在国调局行动中心。两人将面临贩卖人口和虐待儿童的指控。
