当地时间12月1日下午，菲律宾马尼拉市一名男子在繁忙的街道遭身份不明的枪手枪杀。
根据受害者所携带的一份文件，死者被确认为48岁的Francis Buenagua，来自那牙市(Naga)并居住在马尼拉市CM Recto大街。
下午2点左右，枪击事件发生在溪仔婆区(Quiapo)奎松桥附近的Norzagaray街。当时人们突然听到一连串的枪响，随后看到正在流血的受害者，而他还试图往一旁的Bautista街行走，最终失血过多倒地。
枪手随后混在人群中逃逸。当局正在调取附近街区的闭路电视陆续，以试图查明嫌犯的身份以及可能的犯罪动机。
