国公省基里沙哥县副督察8月17日晚在一家餐厅喝醉后，连开4枪。
本地媒体称，当时正值全国警察严防8月18日抗议之际，这名副督查却花时间玩乐喝酒，当时他和包括一名中国男子在内的4人一起喝酒，之后不知何故突然掏枪连开4枪。
国公省警察局副局长21日表示，正在对该名警官进行调查。
