尼泊尔政府在当地时间周四解除了对TikTok持续近九个月的禁令。
8月23日消息，据尼泊尔《加德满都邮报》报道，尼泊尔政府在当地时间周四解除了对TikTok持续近九个月的禁令。
尼泊尔通信和信息技术部长Prithvi Subba Gurun称：“政府已决定允许TikTok恢复运营，但需满足某些条件。”
TikTok现在必须满足四个条件才能在尼泊尔恢复运营，IT之家汇总如下：
-帮助促进尼泊尔的旅游业
-投资数字素养工作（invest in digital literacy efforts）
-帮助提高公共教育系统
-规范TikTok上使用的语言
他表示：“在TikTok向政府保证将履行这些条件后，我们原则上决定允许TikTok在尼泊尔恢复运营。”
去年11月，尼泊尔政府决定禁止TikTok，称其“破坏了尼泊尔的社会和谐”。随后尼泊尔爆发了零星的街头抗议活动，TikTok用户认为禁令切断了他们的收入来源。尼泊尔互联网服务提供商协会称，TikTok当时在尼泊尔拥有220万用户。
