There’s no bigger date on the sports betting calendar than the start of NFL season, and Mohegan Sun FanDuel Sportsbook in Connecticut is getting in on the buzz by launching a new weekly live podcast.

The all-new sports betting podcast, called Sportsbook Live from Mohegan Sun, will be co-hosted by Mike “Mut” Mutnansky and Eytan Shander, with the first episode Sept. 5. It will be broadcast every Thursday through Nov. 7, recorded live in Mohegan Sun FanDuel Sportsbook.

Brad Bryant, the sportsbook’s general manager, will be on the podcast weekly as well, chipping in his expert picks and game analyses. The podcast will be distributed on all major platforms – Apple, Amazon Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music. Episodes will be .

“We’ll talk real-time analysis, make predictions, and showcase the incredible game-day experience at Mohegan Sun FanDuel Sportsbook,” Bryant said. “It’s going to be a ton of fun.”

Fall is a great time of the year for sports in general, of course, not just NFL, including the start of the NBA and NHL seasons and Major League Baseball in the playoff stretch.

Mutnansky has been a mainstay on the Boston sports radio and podcast scene for more than 20 years and writes about sports, sports betting, Saratoga, and sports media through his MutStack blog at Mutstack.com. He also hosts a podcast there.

The live podcast at Mohegan Sun FanDuel Sportsbook will run 6-7 p.m. on Thursdays, leading into the NFL Thursday night games.

Bryant has been with Mohegan Sun since 2021, is a veteran in sportsbook management, and is known in Las Vegas as “Bomber Brad” for his longshot horse picks on the radio show “Raceday Las Vegas.”

Shander is a well-known sports radio and TV personality based in Philadelphia and writes a weekly sports column for PhillyVoice.com.

The sportsbook has over 225 seats, a huge continuous video wall broadcasting multiple games, private bar, race book, 33 betting kiosks open 24/7, six cashier winning, and dining options.
