Q: Can you elaborate on your work and the regulations involved in the gaming industry?

Kevin O’Toole: All gaming regulators have licensing requirements – certain entities and certain individuals all have to go through a background investigation to make sure that they meet the qualifications of licensure, which are honesty, integrity and good character. Once a casino is up and operating, you have to regulate certain key aspects of the operation.
