当地时间12月7日晚间，菲律宾巴兰玉计市(Paranaque)警方在行动中逮捕了一名中国公民和两名菲律宾同伙，三人此前涉及持伪造文件非法取走被扣押车辆。
当地时间12月7日晚间，菲律宾巴兰玉计市(Paranaque)警方在行动中逮捕了一名中国公民和两名菲律宾同伙，三人此前涉及持伪造文件非法取走被扣押车辆。
嫌犯被确认为35岁的张某，47岁的Bernard Guevarra y Noche和45岁的Billy Macanan y Imbrano。
同一批嫌疑人在2022年1月的某一天，利用伪造的巴兰玉计市交通局签发文件，取走两辆因交通违规而被扣押的汽车。拖车厂在发现文件为伪造后向警方报案。
在后续行动中，当局在巴兰玉计市Woodville住宅区查获一辆灰色车牌号为DAJ8860的2018年三菱蒙特罗，并在帕赛市(Pasay)Old Nayong Filipino园区查获一辆金色车牌号为PIR118的2011年雷克萨斯轿车。据悉，这两辆车都是嫌犯利用伪造文件而被拖车厂释放的车辆。
目前，嫌疑人被拘留在巴兰玉计市警察局，案件正在调查中。
