涉绑架案躲藏3年后 蔡姓女子在巴拉望被捕

近日，菲律宾巴拉望(Palawan)警方逮捕一名因绑架而被通缉的37岁华裔女子。

据悉，洁仪·蔡(Jai Sunshine S. Chua，译音)在巴拉湾躲藏了三年多后被捕。
蔡某面临首都区司法办公室第69号和70号分庭的三项绑架勒索赎金罪名而签发的逮捕令，相关法庭不建议保释。
此外，她也因两项违反与第603号总统令(青年福利法)的第7610号共和国法或《特别保护儿童不受虐待、剥削和歧视法》而被达义市法院发出逮捕令，每项罪名保释金为1万披索。
她还面临违反第10883号共和国法《2016年反劫车法》的逮捕令，保释金为30万披索。
当地地区警署总监赞扬这次行动成功逮捕到嫌疑人，该嫌疑人还涉嫌在国都区和卡拉巴松行政区冒充菲缉毒署探员参与敲诈勒索活动。
