DID 專案 Civic 與汽車租賃 Rentality 合作，於 Base 提供駕照驗證服務
DID (去中心化身份) 專案 Civic 近日與 Web3 汽車租賃平台 Rentality 攜手合作，主打在 Base 鏈 (Coinbase) 上提供汽車駕照驗證服務。
Civic 執行長 Chris Hart 表示，與 Rentality 合作主要是簡化汽車組賃繁瑣流程。傳統的租賃流程較為繁瑣，要經過車商、保險公司等實體中介。租賃價格也隨之提高、產生手續費等。而透過讓用戶使用自拍功能，掃描駕照、身分證 ID 等方式，再利用 Civic ID 驗證符合資格與否，同時用戶可在不需公開透露個資的情況下完成流程。而租賃車商也可提供 KYC (了解你的客戶) 驗證。
Rentality 執行長 Oleksandr Tatura 表示，用戶現在可以使用自己的加密貨幣錢包來租車，目前已在邁阿密開始服務，未來計畫擴展到其他地區。
