South Dakota: Deadwood casino and gaming resort is benefitting from NFL wagers
Sports bettors rejoice as the NFL season is in full swing.
One casino and gaming resort in Deadwood is already racking up the profits only three weeks into the season.
A representative for Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort says the organization’s sportsbook has already brought in about $71,000 off professional football sports wagers since the start of the month.
He adds receiving that much revenue now is beneficial, considering they lost roughly $100,000 on last year’s Super Bowl alone.
He says the money line for the Super Bowl didn’t move a lot, which was one of the factors in a loss of revenue.
This season, Tin Lizzie is getting their fair share of sports wagers every Sunday.
