中国黑帮成员交保获释后被移民局立即拘留

据悉，犯罪嫌疑人程某于12月13日被移民局逃犯搜寻队(BI-FSU)成员逮捕。他最初是在12月7日被菲国警刑事调查组逮捕的，此前他被指为非法网络博彩公司酷刑视频的嫌疑人。
六天后，程某缴交保释金，移民局在得知情况后立即干预并将其逮捕，程某也因违反该国移民法而被移民局通缉。
程某被发现携带枪支和假身份证后，接受了整容手术，以避免被当局认出和发现。
陈新戈说，“嫌犯继续留在菲律宾将对菲律宾人构成威胁，因此不会允许他临时获释并继续他的非法活动。此外，移民局将与执法机构密切合作，继续寻找、逮捕和驱逐被认定犯有违法行为的外国人。”
