厘务局长罗密欧·卢马吉(Romeo Lumagui Jr.)表示，当局在突击检查奎松市(Quezon City)Eastwood Excelsior Tower办公楼的Brenting Enterprises International, Inc.公司时，老板并不在场。
突击检查时查获了数千箱伪造的销售收据和发票，这些收据和发票原定要交付给全国各地的“买家”。
卢马吉表示，他将对使用伪造文件的印刷商和经营者提出多项违反税法的刑事指控。
奎松市税务局区域总监Bobby Mailing说，警惕的审查员发现开具发票和收据的所谓公司不存在，促使他们发现了逃税骗局。
卢马吉解释说，企业经营者向厘务局审查员出示发票和收据，以使其供应来源合法化，包括走私物品，以减少纳税，甚至要求进项税或增值税(VAT)退税。
当局预估此违法行动造成450亿披索的收入损失。
厘务局长指示税收区域主管和地区官员加强对各自辖区内非法印刷商的搜查，以结束逃税活动。
