A man remains in critical condition in the hospital after getting shot multiple times in the legs while in the parking lot of the Rivers Casino in Philadelphia. The incident took place in broad daylight on Thursday, with onlookers expressing their shock after shots started ringing out at midday.

Speaking to local media, one individual said people need to be careful these days and warned: “You got to watch your back wherever you go.”
