因華碩X415KA和X515KA機型在安裝Windows 11 24H2時發生BSOD，微軟決定暫停針對這兩款筆電部署更新

經過和華碩合作，初步調查本情形出於更新版和電腦特定硬體元件的相容性問題。微軟已經暫停這些機型的更新，使用者將暫時無法在Windows Update通道接獲並安裝Windows 11。使用Windows Update for Business報告的企業IT人員則可以安全代碼54157480檢查此問題。
微軟和華碩目前正在合作解決，有進展時會再公布，微軟也建議用戶在問題解決前，不要以Windows 11 Installation Assistant（安全助理）或安裝光碟安裝。
不過一些用戶可能很著急，因為Windows 11 21H2（Enterprise、Education與IoT Enterprise）及22H2（Home與Pro版）都已在10月8日終止支援。
兩周前，微軟也公告24H2更新已因相容性問題，造成安裝某些應用程式的電腦小則軟體當機，大則電腦BSOD，包括防遊戲作弊程式Anti-Cheat、指紋辨識感測器、線上測驗程式Safe Exam Browser及混音程式Voicemeeter。
