2中国人被判犯有绑架及勒索罪 判处终身监禁

两名中国公民已被巴兰玉计市(Paranaque)地区审判法庭(RTC)判定犯有绑架勒索罪。
当地时间12月21日，菲律宾国调局(NBI)表示，两名中国公民已被巴兰玉计市(Paranaque)地区审判法庭(RTC)判定犯有绑架勒索罪。
国调局表示，被定罪的犯罪嫌疑人分别为刘某和朱某，他们于2020年曾对受害者郑某绑架勒索100万披索。
该机构表示：“2022年12月2日，巴兰玉计市地区审判法庭第295分庭作出判决，判定两人犯有绑架勒索罪，并被判处终身监禁，不得假释。检方能够确定存在绑架勒索的所有要素，因为被告合谋、故意、非法、重罪地绑架了受害者郑某，并将其拘禁在Nuwa酒店的一个房间内，目的是为了勒索13.6万人民币，大约100万披索。”
2020年12月13日，当局根据线索在两名中国人巴兰玉计市新濠天地(City of Dreams)的Nuwa酒店将两人逮捕并救出受害者。
