Google 下一代 Gemini 即將到來，12 月推出新旗艦 AI 模型

消息人士透露，Google 計劃在 12 月份發佈其下一代重要的 Gemini 2.0 模型。
近日才傳出 OpenAI 計劃在 12 月推出下一個旗艦 AI 模型（儘管 Sam Altman 已經出來否認），現在還傳出最大競爭對手 Google 也將在同一月份發布其 Gemini 2.0 模型。
根據 The Verge 報導，Google 希望在 12 月公布並且「廣泛發布」Gemini 2.0，有可能是指同時發佈給開發者以及一般使用者。不過報導也指出，該模型並沒有顯示出 Demis Hassabis 領導的團隊所希望的性能上的提升。
同時，Google 在今年 I/O 大會上公開預覽的 Project Astra 也在等待啟動中。Project Astra 是可以回答影片、音訊以及文字即時查詢的多模態 AI 代理，Google CEO Sundar Pichai 受訪時表示，將在 1 年內全面上架。
Gemini Live 作為 Project Astra 的一部分，已在今年 9 月全部開放向所有 Android 使用者免費提供，類似和 ChatGPT 語音對話，使用者可以向 Gemini Live 語音提問、打斷對方，並且有多種回應聲音可以選擇。
