Meta與媒體集團路透社（Reuters）簽定內容授權合作，使其Meta AI聊天機器人得以搜尋及顯示路透社的報導內容

為了強化Meta AI的應用效益，Meta近日與媒體集團路透社（Reuters）簽定首個主要內容授權合作案，使其Meta AI聊天機器人得以搜尋及顯示後者的新聞內容。
《Axios》首先報導，在Meta和路透社的多年合作下，Meta AI在回應用戶查詢時，將可顯示路透社新聞內容重點摘要及連結。路透社已經向媒體證實此事。
Meta AI和路透社的內容授權，可涵括Meta眾多社群平臺應用，包括臉書（Facebook）、Instagram（IG）、WhatsApp、FB Messenger。
這是在各家大廠掀起AI實力競賽以來，Meta簽下的首個內容授權合約。相較之下，OpenAI已經獲得多家歐美主要媒體的內容授權，可在ChatGPT上顯示新聞內容及連結，包括美國的紐約郵報、華爾街日報、大西洋日報（The Atlantic）、法國的Le Monde、西班牙的Prisa Media與德國的Axel Springer等。
上周微軟及OpenAI合作，則藉由AI協作及獎學金計畫（Lenfest Institute AI Collaborative and Fellowship Program），資助新聞編輯室探索AI的應用，以改善媒體關係。
