GitHub公布年度調查報告，指出Python已經取代JavaScript成為該平臺上最受歡迎的程式語言，同時估計印度將在2028年超越美國，成為GitHub上最大的開發者社群

這一年印度的開發人員數量成長了28%，超過1,700萬名，GitHub是印度最受追捧的技能之一，得以與英文文法能力比美。

而巴西開發人員數量在這一年來成長27%，擁有逾540萬名開發人員。原因包括巴西的中央銀行推出了Pix即時支付系統，並透過GitHub開源，推動當地的開發者與金融科技業者的參與，並促進開放銀行產業；巴西政府亦近日宣布一項40億美元的AI投資計畫。
