当地时间1月1日，菲律宾新怡诗夏省(Nueva Ecija)甲万那端市(Cabanatuan)一名醉酒警察胡乱开枪，导致两人受伤。


据悉，隶属于菲国警廉政监督执法小组(IMEG)的Andres Quibuyen III于凌晨12点半在Aduas Centro社区被捕。


初步调查显示，嫌疑人在醉酒的影响下配枪袭击两名受害者，但尚不清楚开枪具体原因。


两名受害者正在医院接受治疗，而嫌犯将面临蓄意杀人的指控。
