Codere Online stands firm against Nasdaq delisting

Codere Online has received a warning from the Nasdaq Exchange regarding the potential delisting of its securities.

Nasdaq cited Codere Online’s failure to meet its listing obligations, specifically its inability to file a Form 20-F providing corporate accounts for the year ending 31 December 2023. This constitutes a violation of Nasdaq’s Listing Rule 5250.

As a result, Codere has been issued a warning by Nasdaq’s Listing Department, signalling the possible termination of its securities on the global exchange.
