TikTok风潮席卷全球，它其中一个与传统视频平台不容易的地方就是采用了直式视频，配合手机为本的使用方式，不过最近他们也开始测试横向全面屏模式，更贴近YouTube的设计。
TikTok风潮席卷全球，它其中一个与传统视频平台不容易的地方就是采用了直式视频，配合手机为本的使用方式，不过最近他们也开始测试横向全面屏模式，更贴近YouTube的设计。
TikTok一直以来都是直式接口，不过对于一些传统横向视频来说就不是那么方便，例如游戏画面录像等等都无可避免会出现大量黑边。而最近有部分TikTok用户发现，现在如果播放横向视频的话，可以激活全面屏播放，可以与其他视频App一样操作，加上之前放宽了视频长度上限到10分钟，使用上更加接近YouTube。

TikTok除了这次的横向视频全面屏播放功能外，之前也在一些地区加入App内购物功能，用户无需离开App就可以购物，对于商家来说更加吸引。向来TikTok都被认为是功能上截然不同的新平台，因此不会对YouTube构成威胁，不过随着TikTok一直加入新功能，未来可能真的会动摇到YouTube的地位。
