菲律宾移民局近日在尼诺·阿基诺国际机场 (NAIA)拦截一名中国逃犯。

当局表示，48岁的陈某于1月5日在尼诺·阿基诺国际机场一号航站楼试图乘坐中国南航的航班飞往中国。
在经过移民局柜台时，当局发现其名字已被列入移民局的黑名单，并且是2017年签发驱逐令的被控逃犯。
陈某是以退休人员的身份逗留在该国，并于2016年8月在邦板牙省(Pampanga)安吉利斯市(Angeles City)被捕，罪名是持有36公斤或案值1亿披索的毒品。
移民局长陈新戈(Norman Tansingco)赞扬移民局人员的机警行为，并表示：“逃犯在我们国家没有立足之地。他将被驱逐出境并列入黑名单，以确保他不能再重新进入菲律宾。”
陈某当天被转移到达义市(Taguig)的移民局拘留所，并将等待驱逐出境程序。
