微軟與Citrix發布公告，指出安裝Citrix SRA 2411版本的電腦，可能無法完成安裝2025年1月Windows安全更新

微軟本周發布一月份安全更新，不過部分安裝Citrix軟體的電腦出現無法正常安裝的情形，涵括Windows 10、11、Server 2019等。微軟目前正在調查中。
在Patch Tuesday中，微軟釋出的多版更新如KB5049981、KB5049983及KB5050021，都列出相同的問題。安裝Citrix Session Recording Agent（SRA）2411版本的裝置可能無法完成安裝2025年1月Windows安全更新。有人則是安裝時出現錯誤訊息，然後電腦退回到之前的Windows更新版本。
Citrix SRA 2411是去年11月底釋出。SRA是Session Recording Monitoring服務的元件，可讓企業記錄使用者螢幕上的活動作為資安控管。沒安裝這個版本的PC就不會有這情形，家用電腦也不受影響。微軟和Citrix已在調查原因。
受這問題影響的安全更新版本及Windows平臺包括：Windows Server 2025（KB 5050009）、Windows Server 2022（KB 5049983）、Windows Server 2019（KB 5050008）、Windows 11 24H2（KB 5050009）、Windows 11 23H2/22H2（KB 5050021）、Windows 10 22H2（KB 5049981）。
在此之前，Citrix呼籲企業用戶停用SRM服務，再安裝微軟安全更新，最後再重啟SRM服務就可避免這問題。
